Is it bad to mostly spend the full day while having only coffee during my outings?

So yeah whenever I go out to Central areas of our city Bangalore in India, I often only have coffee. Like at morning today I only had 2.5 pieces of chapati with brinjal fries and the entire day I didn't eat anything except an Americano coffee in Araku Cafe of Indiranagar and then Cappuccino in Cafe Noir of UB City mall. Then I only ate after reaching home around 8:30 PM. I had onion kachori (which is a Rajasthani dish) and later grilled chicken in dinner. In many of my outings I do the same. I just have coffee twice and don't eat much and thats mainly to save money and also so that I don't get fat 🥲🥲. I wonder tho whether thats healthy at 25. On top of that I walked a lot between venues across Central Bangalore, socialized especially with women, navigated social cues, ran behind a Lamborghini Revuelto and then a Lamborghini Huracan and also hit my knee on a rod like thing on the sidewalk when running behind a Porsche 911. All those without eating much and only having coffee so my stomach mostly had caffeine. I wonder tho whether in my next outings I should eat more. Mostly I only eat in breakfast either chapati or poha but later on mostly spend the outing with coffee. What do you feel?
