When someone dies, especially when young

Your brain can’t accept it. Today I learned that a girl I went to high school with passed away last week. It’s been years since I last saw her but I can’t believe it. Like really, my brain can’t make sense of it. Death is a basic fact in life but it seems so unreal

People complain about getting older (I am guilty of it) but it is true what they say - some people do not have that privilege.

A few years ago, my room mate d*ed of pneumonia, she was 30.

We wonder what kind of a sick joke it is when someone has to go so early.

Like, how can they just be... gone? We cannot make sense of it.
