If you moved out of state, what was your reason?

Work? Family? To get away?

My brother is trying to get me to move by him again and I’m starting to consider it if I don’t find a place where I’m hoping. It would be nice to get outta NY, I think 🤔

But even better to be closer to my from the start SW bestie who is never here, but we’re in touch off site.

Not me being more open to it just cause we’re already making girls weekend plans 😭

The only out of state move I've made as an adult was moving back to Canada for a relationship when I was 19. We had started dating at fifteen when I had lived there before and we had done long distance throughout the rest of high school.

@MellyMel22 It was something I was really excited for and had a lot of hope for that ended up falling apart pretty quickly. We had both changed a lot in the years apart and just couldn't really see it in the week or so we'd be able to see each other every year.

@MellyMel22 Nah, it's all good. :3 That was back in 2008 and so much life has happened in the interim that it barely even feels like a memory anymore.

That was before I was disabled and it feels like an entirely different life sometimes. :)

@MellyMel22 I'm doing much better than I have for a really long time lately. :) Just kinda worn out right now from everything that's been going on. I need a break from it all. 😂

@MellyMel22 I just wanna go hang out in the north Georgia mountains for a while. Go get some good BBQ, hang out in the little towns up there, find a good coffee shop. Disconnect for a while. :)
