Nopes, I hate being superstitious.

There are words I avoid using, but not because I think they will bring me bad luck. I simply avoid words that I find offensive or "too strong." For example, I usually avoid the f- word, but when I choose to use it, it is quite intentional, to underscore my mood.

Not that I can think of, not for reasons of "bad luck" anyway. I mean I try not to say things that would hurt people, but that's not because of bad luck.

No.
Words? I try to avoid swearing. I do not like it, I do swear but only under some sort of (usually own-fault) stress and never in writing, and I am not proud of it.
Superstition though? No.

I’m a black person who never uses the "n" word, not even among friends or "just kidding around". I’ve spent my life trying to get away from it; it will remain a symbol of hatred to me, regardless of who says it.

Nope! None of the above.
Fully understanding that everything changes, can only lead to understanding nothing is fixed.

I don't have a superstitious bone in my body, so no.

69. I avoid it because it's never brought me any luck.
