Noooooo! Way too many things have to happen yet before the apocalypse.

AngelUnforgiven · 51-55, F
No, there are many things throughout the years that have made me feel like the end was near but not anymore because I feel like worst things have happened and the worse is yet to come so this time is no different. I saw a documentary recently about 911 focussing on the people in the stairwell and hallway who were waiting for elevators they were hit by the planes' wings so they were cut in half decapitated etc...and I cried like a baby I never thought about it in depth about their injuries or HOW people may have died. The documentary went in depth about everything , did reenactments and showed exactly how it all happened from the point of view of survivors and what they saw, they were stepping over bodies and my heart goes out to all those people I cannot imagine.
@AngelUnforgiven i haven't seen that one. i don't think i will watch it. but that right there proves the world was in an evil state before Covid. we just used the pandemic as an excuse to go hog wild

Depends on your part of the world. Some places are very safe with extremely low crime rates.
@Nunki where the heck are you speaking from? North Korea? what place is safe?
Nunki · 31-35, F
Japan? UAE? Qatar? Finland? Iceland?
Singapore?
@LILY61
@Nunki Japan is too busy with tsunamis and earthquakes...but they have a lot of murder and suicide. And i never trust what any of these foreign countries say about their violence. They want people to come there to vacation and they want us to come there and behave.do you honestly think it is that safe to walk around Singapore at night the way they claim? i don't.

as for the UAE Qatar and the like. if you do anything out of place you are in serious trouble....violent horrible trouble. which is itself VIOLENCE. I have always thought those Nordic types have always been more passive than anybody else on the planet ...that is after the Vikings were all gone. Maybe Santa made them that way. But that isn't the world.

I think the 24/7 news just makes it more "in your face"

Remember Richard Speck?
Viet Nam

The Deep South in the US during the 20th century?
@Pretzel we will always have war and there will always be serial killers. but now everyone wants to go to war and everybody wants to grow up to be a serial killer. it is pandemonium!

If the world wars weren't, this isn't.

@LILY61 I disagree. Both started by evil acts
