I’m already older, so I workout every single day without fail. My streak is currently at 1448 days of at least a minimum of a half hour workout.

@Wiseacre I dropped about 40lbs at least 4 years ago and have kept the weight off. You just have to be careful with carbs and sugar.
As for sleep, I’ve never been a big sleeper. I probably average six hours a night. I’m rarely stressed. If you attack your goals daily, the chips usually fall in your favor. I’m just not a big worrier.
