I need to motivate myself to be able to mask my feelings for work today.

I don't like having visible tiredness or depression. People need comfort, not just good skilled staff. Comfort and some love sometimes, and jokes. They need to be told things that cheer them up.

Can you accept both and let them come through? Like a sleepy kind of care? Lol.

If you smile for a long enough period of time your brain believes you are happy and produces endorphins; making you happy. Therefore just grin and bear it. Plus if/when people see you are smiling they will be friendly toward you which will make you smile. So just put on a happy face the rest will fall into place!
