Which one u would choose?

I am a doctor and I recently started to work at a place I was assigned to.Lets call it town A. Its 3.5 hrs drive from my home town. Its a quiet hospital with limited facilities and patients. Not much to do actually. Just spending time. I have 7 days off in a month.

Yesterdat I got a call from my home town and they asked me if I could go there and work in one of the city centers hospital. Its crowded with lots of work and it is in my home town. Lets call it town B.

Now Idk which one to choose. In town A I am like a surgeon without an operation room and in town B I am like a surgeon with many surgeries.
The pay might be better in town A despite of the less workload.

So which one u think I should go for?

Busy city life can be stressful. I think you would regret moving to the city. On the other hand, you would be closer to shopping etc.
Small towns have a hard time retaining doctors.
Befriend one of the local mayors of your town and ask this question, he might give you some incentives to stay. :)
