Which one u would choose?

I am a doctor and I recently started to work at a place I was assigned to.Lets call it town A. Its 3.5 hrs drive from my home town. Its a quiet hospital with limited facilities and patients. Not much to do actually. Just spending time. I have 7 days off in a month.

Yesterdat I got a call from my home town and they asked me if I could go there and work in one of the city centers hospital. Its crowded with lots of work and it is in my home town. Lets call it town B.

Now Idk which one to choose. In town A I am like a surgeon without an operation room and in town B I am like a surgeon with many surgeries.
The pay might be better in town A despite of the less workload.

So which one u think I should go for?

Smaller towns are having a problem with getting qualified help - at least in my part of the world.

It won't be as much of a professional challenge but you may be able to provide more quality care - the downside is the distance - how often do you have to make the drive?

@Pretzel like once in 10 days. But there I have to be alone and my hasband makes 2 times commute in a week to come visit me

@Foxygirl32 ahh. that's a lot. how much time would your husband get to see you at while you're working at town B?

I can see the pluses and minuses in both places - you do have a choice

@Pretzel town B is my home town. We live together there
