When someone betrays you, do you give them a chance to explain themselves or do you just remove yourself from their life completely?

I don't know I just feel that I could've said somethings but I didn't I just disappeared suddenly and aggressively without a trace.

I think it depends on a lot of factors and it's different with everyone.

When someone betrays me, I first look at myself. I should’ve judged better, seen the signs I ignored. Every betrayal leaves clues ... we just choose not to see them. So I take it as a wake-up call to grow sharper, wiser, and more aware ... an opportunity to upgrade myself.
