When someone betrays you, do you give them a chance to explain themselves or do you just remove yourself from their life completely?

I don't know I just feel that I could've said somethings but I didn't I just disappeared suddenly and aggressively without a trace.

I think it depends on a lot of factors and it's different with everyone.

It depends on the situation and the person, a mix of how close they are and how serious the issue is. I will -normally- give someone a chance to explain themselves because sometimes even direct evidence can exist within a context that was denied to me.
