Can i remember walking into the DMV and being the only one there,i walked in looked around and saw not one person i about fell over,less than ten minutes i was back in my car heading home. lol

I haven't been there in years.
When I leased my cars over the years, the dealer handled it all. A few times when turned in my car I had to take the plates to the DMV (it was so random!). When I moved to a new state I had to visit. I had no record of my taxes so had to pay them again!! And when I need a licence renewal I had to visit for the eye test and photo.
I renew my registration online. No visit required.
Every few years in my state I need an emissions inspection, at a separate location. But I hear cars are so good these years they may do away with it. Assuming they can replace the money!

I have had that happen a few times at a local Mich equivalent carefully chosen for that! 😊
