Do you ever think about when you won't be here ?

I mean as in, no longer alive 🥺 I think of it often lately. Having crippling anxiety for years has severely halted my life , aspirations, dreams. And I think, what if I can't heal in time to do what I WANT in this life?
It makes you wonder, how none of our fears or anxieties will matter when we are not here. It's one way I guess to say Eff it! About anything that holds us back.🤔💜

Quite a bit in my 30s and early 40s, with raising a family. But as of late, I don't get that sudden anxiety spike, when I think about it. My youngest will be 18 in 10 days. With that responsibility quickly coming to a close, I'm not bothered by that aspect anymore.
On a side note, I have given up drinking and am putting my best foot forward where my mental health is concerned, which helps a lot.
