My instincts/gut feelings are good now I'm older and wiser. Learnt a lot of things the hard way and will always trust it.

I am similar to what you described. I have learned through the years though to not solidify my first impression but rather keep it in my mental radar. If more or other flags pop up…..there’s the yea or nay answer.

I've learned to trust my intuition. When I don't I've found I wish I had.

It’s occasionally pretty accurate. But sometimes it’s just the pain from my past being a bit too paranoid and paying more attention than it should.

I'd like to think it's pretty sensitive.
The medication I'm on relaxes my gut.

Like I can tell if someone is hiding something form me just by talking to them. But I wouldn't be able to tell what that thing Is

My hunch is usually accurate...if i meet someone new i can usually work out within minutes what kind of person they are

I'd say it's around 80% accurate and the other 20% is gas.

If my gut feeling says "Rob you are hungry" it tends be amazing accurate.

More often than not, I have regretted suppressing my intuitive feelings about people and or situations.

I've learned to listen to my inner voice which you otherwise refer to as "gut feeling" and I started to take it seriously as I entered my early teen years.

Since then, I've come to rely on that inner voice 100% of the time which means I don't try to figure stuff out for myself, but instead I simply 'ask' that voice for the correct answer and it turns out to be 100% more accurate than my own assessment of any situation.

I have excellent pattern recognition. Some people don’t deserve a second or third chance.
