What do you do if your friend's partner makes you uncomfortable?

He pokes me, touches me and says things that make me really uncomfortable, right in front of her.

I guess I can mention something to her but that feels uncomfortable too

Right now I just try to keep track of where he is so that I can keep my distance from him, but it's not always a solution as sometimes he sneaks up on me

I do not know what I personally would do, since I've often liked to stay quiet, 😅 but with this kinda thing, I think I would say something about it. The difficult route is the best here, I think. Telling that you do not want it.

I do not know who is the best to tell, though. You could tell him directly, tell them both or tell your friend.
All could have their disadvantages and advantages.
If he is a otherwise a good guy that just doesn't know boundaries unless he's told, you can tell him directly.
If you estimate he needs more convincing or needs a deterrent and your friend will be on your side right away, you could tell them both.
If your friend would have the tendency to take his side if he would not take you seriously, maybe talk to your friend first, so that she has some time to make up her mind in your favour.

If all above wouldn't work, maybe bring another friend that is good with these situations and can help you.
