Trash panda’s at it again

It seems my neighbourhood masked marauder likes to download the kraken at a specific spot on my fence. Every other day or so I discover tootsie rolls it leaves behind.
What is it about that spot? Why that part of the fence? Any ideas?

Bc even coons are smart enough not to dump where they eat. Leave food there and he will stop dumping there.
