What is it with (white) people that like bland food?

I want white bread with white meat with white potatoes and salt and pepper (but not too much that's spicy)

Like what happened to you that you are this way?

I like colorful and things with lots of flavor or spice.

Not sure about bland, i like the kinda stuff I grew up with that my mom cooked
