for the most part, i will talk about something once it’s already over and in the past, not while it’s happening.

Same because I feel like it just compounds the problem to involve others while in the thick of it. Other people feel it halves the problem to share.

yeah, and sometimes it doesn’t even occur to me that i should have talked to someone else. everyone is so busy with their own world of issues.. @faery

@deathfairy When I do talk to someone - which is rare, I try to be very selective so I don't make it worse for either of us. But usually I keep quiet until crises over
