Hmmmmm. Let me think about this one right here. I remember about 10 years ago, I worked at an amusement park here on the water. It was absolutely the best and the most fun job I have ever encountered. I had the best coworkers ever. I met numerous people, dated a few gorgeous women, and had some adventures that I will never forget. That was definitely a special period in my life. I worked there for 3 years. So many memories during the 2010s. I even started going back to the movies again around that time too. What about you.my SW Peeps. Do you remember the best job that you ever had. I m listening. Definitely the one I'm in now as a university professor. Being paid a decent salary to read, think, talk, and spend time with young people, with huge creative freedom and as close to lifetime job security as exists today. I wish I could recommend this as a career path to young people, but the trend is to replace tenured professors with contract hires, and soon, the contract hires with chatbots :(
@ThePatientAnarchist There ain't a job today that companies are not trying to replace with machines.
Kind of makes you think - if they WERE to manage that, none of us would have jobs and therefore money to spend on their products and services, so companies would have no reason to even exist, let alone bring in more machines and AI.
