Good news is

Getting discharged from the ER no infection present and they said my wound dressing look decent and from what they can tell by my blood work I am good to go so the amoxicillin is working and or I am doing things right the only problem is they did not prescribe any further painkillers or any permanent supplies I have to go back to a primary care to do that Florida and their insurance garbage SMH but at least that is going well. So I am on the way home once my ride gets here my original ride canceled on their own accord so I am having to wait for a replacement

@exexec exactly even though they did not look at the wound per se they told me that if there was infection I would have a white blood cell count and the signs would be there white blood cell was negative and there was no enzymes of clots or stroke
