Why is my followers count decreasing suddenly on Instagram? Is it really normal?

Idk a few weeks ago I managed to get up to 182-183 followers but today when I opened Instagram and went to change my profile pic, I noticed I am having only 175 followers 🙃 🥲. Idk what went wrong. Looks like several people unfollowed me. Yeah my recent followers were mostly women who are juniors from my MBA campus or something so yeah some of them don't know me that well yet and they are in my city Bangalore itself. I chatted with some of them as well. But it looks like some of them girls and also few of my own MBA year ones too unfollowed me. Idk whether its because of my Insta stories which are mostly about cars, my selfie videos asking whether i am giving Mohombi or Calvin Harris vibe or not haha.

Idk whether such a dip in followers is normal or not. Its like I gain a follower but at the same time lose 2 followers. Maybe because i don't have hundreds of followers like others, the unfollows sting more. Some also unfollows after ghosting me while some unfollows me just after viewing my stories or even if we never chatted before 🥲. What do you feel?
