It's amazing how often you can ask someone to write a formal letter about their complaint, and it just never happens

But I need them to do that step in order to take it to the next level.

This has occured so many times now. Are people afraid to sign their names to their complaint?

I'm so supportive and I want them to do it, but they just don't.

(Not in reference to just one person, it's several).

Would it work better if I made a form for them to fill out?

Nope, people love to complain, but want immediate results and are too lazy to remember to put it into writing at a later stage or something..

@AbsolutelyFabulous I think their complaints are so legitimate which is why I have no idea why they can't do it 😩
@AbsolutelyFabulous You nailed it. "I have a complaint, and I want something done about it NOW! I don't want to take the time to write! I. Want. ACTION!!!"

@onrealityofdreams and I do take action. But the only actions I can take are just a bandaid
@caccoon I don't doubt you take action and take it as quickly as possible. But as you pointed out in order to take it to the next level you need a formal letter.
