Feeling overwhelmed, tired and a little embarrassed for drinking yesterday

I didn't go crazy but I think I just associate it with doing things that are against my values so it always makes me feel guilty when I do it now.

I probably danced really stupidly but I don't care. 🤣 I'm a terrible dancer but it's fun. A few market people were there last night so it was good times.

But man I am feeling soooo guilty for being kinda hard on the market manager. I am being really kinda blunt with her, not saying rude things, but just telling her what I need very clearly.

It feels different for me but I guess this is me growing and learning to not let people take advantage of me or step on me just so they can have things the way they want.

I'm tired. Excited for the future but very tired.

Except for dog walks and Piglet visits, I have slept all day. But now I will clean and start fresh tomorrow.

New week, and one week closer. 😊

You’ll get this a lot, but never feel guilty for standing up for yourself and growing. It seemed that lady wasn’t doing a good job and has made the transition somewhat difficult for you. You’re taking charge as a good leader should do.

And there isn’t anything wrong with letting loose either. Keep rocking it.

Yeah it's just an odd shift for me where now we are equals and she is very uncomfortable with it.

Lol I did have two vendors say to me yesterday, "the market is already better" because I solved their issues right away.

you had a good time it seems like, so be kind to yourself, you have no reason to be guilty about her, she did all she could to make you miserable. you aren't doing same. you are just doing what you need to do to learn the new job.

@AlienTheExtraterrestrial I think because I have done so many crazy, dangerous and/or bad things in the past while drinking, I associate it with bad behaviour. And now I always feel guilty and embarrassed the next day because it reminds me of past things I've done, even if I didn't do anything bad at all that night.

Plus, it's just bad for ya and it makes me gain weight cause I eat too much 🤣🤣
