This is for whoever needs this, if you're feeling stuck or unhappy
If you're unhappy about yourself or your life get a whiteboard or journal. Write down everything you don't like about yourself and what you don't like about the life you're living.
Secondly, write down what you want to be like and what you want your life to be like and be specific. Thirdly, write down long term goals for each, then write down realistic short term goals that will get you to where you want to be. These can be things you can do today, tomorrow, weekly, it doesn't matter. Keep doing this and in 3-5 years your life and self will be dramatically different.
Its so simple, but it is the road from wherever you are to wherever you want to be and many people don't do it. Same principle as the water method, move with and around yourself and goals, don't crash into them headfirst, small steps.
I'm the polar opposite of who I was 5-6 years ago from consistently doing this. I wish the same progress and journey to those who find this helpful. ❤
