Had my first session with my new therapist today

My last one was a student, so he was available for a few months only.

The new one however, is pregnant and going on maternity leave in 8-9 weeks, so we only have time for 4 sessions total...

Well, that's not going to help much... But every bit counts I guess.

@NerdyPotato yeah, we've narrowed down the most important issue and will focus hard on that, so hopefully 4 sessions is enough to atleast give me the tools I need to continue improving on my own.
