The board is being so supportive in me having to deal with the manager while she trains me

They are making sure there will always be a board member present so she can't push me around and be unprofessional or abusive

I feel guilty because of how upset this is all making her (even despite her leaving voluntarily).

I will now be the next villain in her story that was once a friend, and is now an enemy. Usurping her place at market and turning everyone against her

I don't care.

Watch for ways she will deliberately train you wrong or sabotage you and write them down. I've directly dealt with this before.

@CountScrofula mostly what she does is try to withhold information because she wants to be the only one that knows.

I will make sure I keep track! The board has asked me to document these things as well.

She is sending passive aggressive emails to the city staff and CC'ing me, but I can tell she is just having a meltdown
