I want to plan something about my life..
But I am stuck between current situation and can't do anything new which takes my life to the next stage... What should I do now ?

Well, when you use these words in your statement (But I am stuck between current situation and can't do anything new), it seriously limits your options. The "Stuck and Can't" make it impossible for you to change things unless you say, "I can, and I will", that is what you have to do.
