@Infamous607 That can be included in the definition of apathy.
By all means, have a saying that can translate to word per word "the blessings are in the few". It is used to say a small group of people can be more successful than a large one. So perhaps we don't need everyone to take action, we need the ones who already genuinely care get more organized and invested. Personally I have dealt with too many weak links and now I try to be more selective about my expectations.
