Has Google maps ever failed on you?

I was house sitting for my brother the other week, and decided to take the dog for a walk in this big park area. Granted we were making our own way, following the river bed, even going under the bridge instead of over it like we should have.
We found our way into the park when it was time to go back. Using Google maps to help guide the way, it sent us all over the place. Since I was not familiar with the area anyway and didn't know the road even when we found it. It took a long time to get back. The dog went straight for her bed and collapsed.😅
