I wanted to talk to her. Do you think she avoided me or was she genuinely on phone?

So as you all know i am in a limbo phase. Pretty much done with my MBA with only official graduation ceremony left and looking for a job so mostly in home and unable to socialize much. So i go for a walk daily at around 8 PM and there is this woman who walks on the sidewalk too returning from her workplace. She was my classmate during 1st year of MBA and even shared some classes in 3rd semester of MBA but we barely talked as I was a bit shy and she is a bit introverted too. She is 23 now and I am 24 and she is an intern now. So first time when i saw her on the sidewalk about a month ago, she was surprised and initiated the conversation and we had a great conversation. She is basically from Chhattisgarh state of India and I am from Siliguri in West Bengal, India but we are both in Bangalore now.

We again met twice after that on the same sidewalk and we had a great convo. I was a bit shy during my 1st year of MBA so didnt notice her beauty fully but nowadays after talking to her with full eye contact, I can see how beautiful she is. So yeah I do wait on the sidewalk hoping to bump into her at the same time but couldnt talk to her for 2 weeks ago. Last week Monday, I saw her but she was already talking on phone so didn't disturb her. Today i was waiting at the bakery and saw her again but she was again talked on the phone with someone. I am worried whether she is avoiding me. We are connected on Whatsapp and Instagram too and i recently sent her a car video i saw tho. What do you feel?
