It’s always the unmarried, childless, parent’s basement dwellers who are the first SWers to try project a moral high ground and worldly experience.

They feel empowered to tell others what to think and do, despite their own existence being something of an underwhelming cul-de-sac.

Literally most authoritarians whose entire life goal is dictating how others should live are parents, and their own kids frequently publicly hate them

See e.g. Elon Musk
@Elessar We aren’t that kind of family. But thanks for speaking up for the no-hopers.

@AdmiralPrune Yet you're here projecting, lol. Name a single authoritarian figure, modern or historical, that wasn't himself or herself a parent.
@Elessar Your friend Adolf Hitler.

@Elessar You digress, that wasn’t what you asked.

Name a single authoritarian figure, modern or historical, that wasn't himself or herself a parent.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune You do, I'm literally using the criteria you've put in your own title lol
@Elessar No you didn’t, you asked for the name of a chores tyrant. And I gave you one. I know this whole slippery diversion thing might work on Americans, but it’s not going to deliver here.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune Check your own post's title, I don't know what else to tell you lmao
@Elessar Yes I’m very aware of my post title but the question you asked me was

Name a single authoritarian figure, modern or historical, that wasn't himself or herself a parent.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune Yeah, then you mentioned Hitler, and I pointed out that Hitler doesn't fit your title's definition either. And that we don't really know if he had children
@Elessar He doesn’t need to fit the title. Just your question, and as there’s no proof he ever fathered any children you have to let that go. Too bad my slippery little friend.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune There's no proof he didn't father any children either, and considering the customs of the times, in absence of evidence for either hypotheses it's far more likely that he had (unofficial) children than that he had none.

And regardless, the question being more specific than the post title doesn't exempt you from finding evidence in support of your claim.
@Elessar This is like the god thing. I’m going to say there’s no proof of existence and you’re going to come back and say no proof isn’t proof of existence.

You’re picking up bad habits from Trump’s banjo crowd.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune Exactly like the god thing.

The natural assumption in absence of any evidence is that there's no god, because we see all the natural process taking place without a divine intervention.

The natural assumption for a dictator in the early 900s is that he had children, because pretty much everyone who wasn't infertile back then had a dozen. Maybe he didn't have any with his wife, but outside the marriage, it's impossible to know and it's likely to be greater than zero given the historical context.

@AdmiralPrune If you care to read past the "exactly" you'll find out why the example you've made doesn't really reinforce your point, but mine lol
@Elessar It does. You just can’t accept when you’re wrong.

@Elessar I need to drive into town to pick my family up from the pool.

Take some advice - you’re not up to water tight arguments, so the next time you see something you don’t like, keep scrolling. Save yourself the embarrassment.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune Chickening put and projecting the embarrassment on me doesn't work dude lol. As you said, try that with the Trumpers perhaps
@Elessar With your limited life experience, I wouldn’t expect t you to understand the demands on my time.

What with you being an unmarried, childless, parent’s basement dweller.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune No no, I understand those very well, that's the #1 reason why I choose to be unmarried and childless lol
@Elessar Fair play. At least when I’m old and decrepit I’ll have people to check in on me atleast while they think there’s an inheritance kicking around.
Elessar · 31-35, M
@AdmiralPrune lol, with how much you'll save by remaining unmarried and childless you can probably afford to retire in a 5* hotel with your own personal team of professional escorts even if you lived up to 160
@Elessar I’d rather have my family
