Child support

If a man is forced to pay child support, and later finds out that the child isn't even his, Should the mother be forced to pay him back?

For those of y'all talking about paternity test for the sake of the question just answer yes or no. Thanks 😎😘

I guess it's only fair.

But would you really regret helping raise a child? Idk, I'd see it as a donation to a kid. And plus I'd probably consider the child as my own already. So it is my child, regardless of genes and manipulation from the mother. The mother should pay you not the child.
If the courts force child support without first verifying that he’s the father, the state should reimburse him.

@bijouxbroussard Agreed, yet we still have backwards states that won't pay for anything. Not even a DNA test.

Should be a federal mandate on this test at least. Especially now with insane immigration issues.

Child birth they have made a state issue. Even arresting US citizens from out of state with real ID with social security cards.

I think that's fair

No excuse for wrongly identifying the father, and yes pay it back.
Yes, she should pay every cent back!
Yes, she should.

And with the same conditions forced upon him.

It would depend if the mother is deceitful

No the court should as they always do a DNA test to prove the child is his
