Pending food shortages as tempuratures increase. Solution? Food towers!

So as one increases altitude temprature decreases.
Currently the projection is that for every about 1.5 degree celcius increase in global temperarure a 5 to 10% decrease in crop yield is expected.
Solution agricultural towers that move upward such that the temperature crops are exposed is adjusted to optimize growth and avoid impacts of "global warming".
Other solutions.
1) oil plateform farming the temperature over the oceans is far more moderate\stable.
2) grow crops closer to the poles. Tempertures are lower there.
3) more greenhouses with temperature control 4) underground grow operations (its cooler more temperate underground).
Dont focus on the unsurmountable problem propose obvious solutions.
