How often do you use swear words in real life?

For me it's been 6 months 😅. I was so angry at this certain individual that I had to cut him off. I don't like using swear words now and that person was awakening a chapter I'd long closed. They had to go🙄. So glad I took that step. Best decision of my life 🥰.

Too often but only when stressed or angered in some way - usually by my own action - and usually when alone, not in company!

I am not proud of it, think it shabby, and do not use swear words gratuitously as some people do.
