Honestly, it's the what ifs, the things I can't control or predict. My mind loves to play out every possible scenario, especially the worst ones. I know most of it won’t happen, but that doesn’t stop the worry from creeping in.

It’s really hard to explain and I probably sound crazy 😜 but it was a huge amount of healing, took years. Real healing not the type you chat with a therapist etc etc. or take medication to suppress it, you go deep into yourself. Like really deep.
Then I started to heal, find the real me, heal my inner child, who I was before other people projected their bullshit into my head space.
Believing their lies, thoughts that would spiral.
You reach a point of healing, things really change, your thoughts change, so does the worry.
Worrying is pointless, you concentrate on the good and positive and life starts to change.
