This is an embarrassing post but I'm gonna share it anyway.

This is my bedroom. I did not keep it clean and in the past few years, it has built up! I am working on getting it clean this summer but the floor is sooo bad! If you can tell, the bed is sinking into the floor because the floor is so bad!

You can tell a lot of people here have never had severe mental health issues.

This is severe depression.
This is what it looks like.

It's not laziness.
When you feel like this, getting out of bed at all is a chore. You literally just wanna lay there and let yourself die.

Try empathy, people.
It's not hard.
