What is the greatest thing you have ever sacrificed, and what did you hope to gain?

@Ceinwyn because it's a secret for the altar. But I'm a man of secrets. Sometimes I feel living a double life and sometimes I feel like hypocrite.

@RisingMorningStar7 That sounds unnecessarily complicated. A life that comes with far too much admin.

How are you hoping to benefit from the choice you have made?

@Ceinwyn Well I'm seeking the eternal life and for me everything has become useless. The Quest for Eternal life has become my Holy Grail. While I struggle with other things that prevent me from having eternal life. I'm scared because I don't know what it offers. Lust is a big factor in my flesh and heart and it something I can't give up. I can give up everything else but the flesh remains.

@RisingMorningStar7 And your understanding of access to eternal life requires you not to be lustful?

@Ceinwyn Yes, I'm a Catholic and fell in love with a religion that talks about flesh as something being clean as a temple. What other paradises exist? I would be a lover of Venus if I had a very flawed view of God.

@RisingMorningStar7 I understand a bit better now. It’s difficult for me to relate, my faith is different in that I’m allowed to live a lot before I die.

Do you have a partner or wife for some companionship that isn’t frowned upon?

@Ceinwyn No, I don't. I gave up a long time ago on that. Now I'm just seeking to be at peace. My life story is complicated because I've gone through a lot. I had psychological issues. I was severely depressed and ended up becoming psychotic and developing schizophrenia. I had an ego collapse and became enlighten and searching in my youth for the proper religion. I dwell a bit in the occult, but I have a mind to understanding occultic things. I guess that's the reason I was attracted to it. let just say I used to like Norse, Greek, and Roman and Middle Eastern religions. I can't really discuss much more because I have trust issues.

@Ceinwyn No, problems. Anyways I do have one my psychotic episodes posted on here. If you want to read it go ahead. I know it sounds strange, but I was looking to phallic worship. I just posted that one because it will be strange for a Catholic talking about phallic worship. Something that happen to me twice related to that. I also have a story about ghost.

Personally I wouldn’t discourage you from looking at other faiths that resonate with you, although that might be counter productive to bring Catholic. If you want to talk in private we can DM.
