Taco Stew
1 kg ground beef ( 5 Star Mince )
2 large Onions ( sliced )
2 Teaspoons diced Garlic
1 425g can of Diced Tomatoes
1 litre of chicken broth
1 can of each ( corn, pinto beans, and black beans ) drained
2 med. green chiles diced
# Brown Mince & drain
# Light saute Onions & Chill
# Bring all to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low, partially cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld, about 45 minutes.
Serve, topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and avocado
