When everyone is outside having fun and you have to call someone for help to rollover in bed 🙄

I am sick of being this weak and useless. I don't really talk a lot about just how much function I have lost because it is so embarrassing. So frustrating 😞

Aww, I can relate.

I can remember taking care of my mother that had MS and my uncle that had Parkinson's disease.

It was hard on them and I'm sure its hard on you. Is there anyway they can take you outside with them to.

I really wish I could be there to help you. I have the experience

@HumanEarth My family are very good about including me in activities even when it’s a pain in the ass. I just didn’t have the energy to participate today and mostly slept. Of course now I will probably be up all night lol
