My experience of losing autonomy because of my health is in no way comparable to yours. I can recognise my privileges.
I can however relate to how frustrating it can be. There used to be a time where I'd have one family member in the bathroom with me just in case I fell off the toilet lol.
It might feel undignified but it's not embarrassing. It's people that care about you helping in the ways you would for them during a time where your body is leaving you little choice. I understand it doesn't make it any less easier because the wearisome routine of it all does chip at your mental health and that sucks, I'm sorry💙

@HijabaDabbaDoo i am sorry you can relate. I don't see suffering as competition or anything, it sucks at whatever level. I'm here for you if you ever need someone to talk about it to. 💜

@SwampFlower I was avoiding hijacking your feelings and making them mine. I think people can unintentionally do this and it doesn't really help do anything but add to the load. Lol it's a fine like between that and those sharing insight through their own experiences.
This was a few years ago, I'm in better place now as far as my health goes but thanks home skillet biscuit. Likewise of course💙

Aww, I can relate.
I can remember taking care of my mother that had MS and my uncle that had Parkinson's disease.
It was hard on them and I'm sure its hard on you. Is there anyway they can take you outside with them to.
I really wish I could be there to help you. I have the experience

@HumanEarth My family are very good about including me in activities even when it’s a pain in the ass. I just didn’t have the energy to participate today and mostly slept. Of course now I will probably be up all night lol
You are sweet. 💜

@SwampFlower I hope things get better for you love.
I'm better than I used to be, my health is fairly stable. And I'm kinda getting caught into a little romance lol
