It's unfortunate when other mom's talk poorly of you in front of their kids...

I'm chaperoning my son's field trip tomorrow and apparently a few kids don't want to be in my group because I'm the weird mom...

Most the kids love me because I don't have a stick up my butt 😆

I only see these people at birthday parties and school events. They mercilessly ignore and avoid me like I even care. I tried my best to be friendly and welcoming even though I'm quiet, but yes, I'm weird. I'm awkward. I don't have fb or insta and I'd rather play with the kids than sit around and gossip.

Tough tiddies mamas I get to exist too!

But I feel for the kids who are influenced by their parents shittalk. We should be supportive, parenting isn't easy. Neither is being a kid.

I agree. Being supportive of others removes hatred, conflict, feelings of inadequacy, termoil, discord, bullying, ignorance and intolerance for others who are different or diverse.
Not to mention small mindedness.
@Bang5luts it would solve a lot. Some people never evolve before they start teaching others and it shows
