I find the idea of turning 40 depressing

Don't get me wrong it is a blessing to grow old but I still don't look forward to it.

I'm sure many people can relate. Many people want to be young.

I look back and see how much ive grown. Im happier at 44 than ive ever been. Im comfortable in my skin, and thats something I've never been before.
