You can try blowing warm air , using a hairdryer into the supply air vent ..
That may due the trick . If that doesn't work , you are doing a full manual defrost with food removed and door left open for 4-8 hours .

We used to take the food out and set pans of boiling water inside. And I believe we may have combined that with using a hair dryer.
