Do u hold grudges, or let go?

I know of an 86 ur old woman who never holds on to anything..isn't even bothered by insults, or unfairness. I can't relate to her at all...can u?

I try not to. But some people get under your skin don't they. So I just ignore,don't speak to,and keep my distance..
Love that attitude though,never holding onto such thoughts,must have a very strong mindset
