Do u hold grudges, or let go?
I know of an 86 ur old woman who never holds on to anything..isn't even bothered by insults, or unfairness. I can't relate to her at all...can u?

Yes, but I don't hold them long unless the person has really hurt me. It's more important to ask yourself, do you carry those grudges unto others? You may know, even if you want to let some in, you are dealing with their grudge too, so it more asks how are you with strangers and people you meet?
