I know of an 86 ur old woman who never holds on to anything..isn't even bothered by insults, or unfairness. I can't relate to her at all...can u?

I don't ruminate often over very many things. Even the few lifelong grudges I have lie dormant, as long as paths don't intersect. I don't get het up. Too much cortisol
