Do u hold grudges, or let go?

I know of an 86 ur old woman who never holds on to anything..isn't even bothered by insults, or unfairness. I can't relate to her at all...can u?

@Miram u just need to understand, no need to forgive. Understanding is more important than forgiveness. Find out WHY they abused u and take it from there.
