I'm informed. 🙈 I heard it's the same from Portugal to Greece across entire Mediterranean sea. Plus mold in many old houses and apartments due to high humidity and insufficient heating.

I heard a Russian woman who lived for years in Canada saying she had never been as cold as when she moved to "sunny" Portugal. 😅

it's always weird how much of a range there is to that kinda thing. in australia, people would look at me like I was insane cuz it was 'cold' and I was fine in a waterproof windbreaker and sweatshirt. and I remember feeling like it was impossibly cold in houston when it was 40 or so (probably about 5 to you), but that was also with rain... cold and humid can sap the heat right out of you.
