So I finally got a job and I’ve been working like 12 hour days because I’d rather make money than be alone and think

Idk if this is considered healthy coping mechanisms but it works well

Relatable. Then I used to spend all that extra money on drinking & going out all the time that I wasn't working. All because it's easier than being alone with your thoughts.

Save that money up & don't blow it all like I did 🙏 I'm rooting for you

I totally get it. Being alone and thinking while on my job search has been tough

I know a maintenance guy who makes $38 an hour and sometimes works 12 hour shifts! You better get that money

It works in the short term until you're ready to face your feelings.
The sadder I get the harder I work. It's something.
...I dont know. But you know it at least pays.

That's really good!

That makes for a long day.
It depends on the person and the reason for their alone thoughts.

busy is best for the mind and soul.

Getting paid is better than the alternative I suppose
