Quite a bit .I have PTSD so am hyper vigilant about many things. Was i offensive, do I deserve such and such, did I do that right etc. It's a horrible feeling to have fear be a part of everyday life.
@Khaira I'm in therapy and I read a lot of self help books... While they definitely have not cured me they give me little nuggets of self acceptance that I hope will add to true self confidence one day.
